These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CreatorVerse, a platform owned and operated by CreatorVerse ("CreatorVerse", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, web and mobile applications, dashboards, creator and brand modules, campaign and chat tools, analytics and reporting systems, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("Customer", "Creator", "User", or "You") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CreatorVerse.

Quick summary: CreatorVerse is a two-sided platform for creators, brands, and agencies. You own your content. We own the platform. You’re responsible for what you upload and how you use the Service. Disputes are governed by Indian law and decided in Mumbai courts.

Acceptance of Terms

By using CreatorVerse, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Data Processing Addendum (where applicable), and any other guidelines we publish. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will always be available on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

About CreatorVerse

CreatorVerse is a creator-and-brand intelligence, discovery, collaboration, payments, and reporting platform. It helps brands and agencies discover creators, run campaigns end-to-end (briefs, applications, contracts, chat, deliverables, payouts, reporting), and helps creators find opportunities and manage their work. The platform is improved continuously and features, scoring models (including the CreatorVerse Health Score, "CHS"), pricing, and integrations may change without prior notice.

Definitions

• "Company" / "We" / "Us": CreatorVerse, the owner and operator of the Service.
• "Service": All features, dashboards, insights, tools, APIs, integrations, and interfaces provided by CreatorVerse.
• "Customer": Any individual, brand, agency, or creator that registers for and uses the Service.
• "Site Visitor": Any individual viewing publicly available content without an account.
• "User Content": Any data, creator profiles, insights, media, text, scripts, briefs, deliverables, contracts, or other material uploaded or submitted through the Service.
• "Third-Party Platform": Platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Threads, Google, and similar services whose data may integrate with CreatorVerse.
• "CHS": CreatorVerse Health Score — a composite score CreatorVerse computes from creator data and platform signals.

Eligibility

You may use CreatorVerse only if:

• You are 18 years or older.
• You are legally competent to enter into contracts under applicable law.
• You create an account using accurate, current, and genuine details.
• You are not prohibited from using online services or the Service by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Account Registration & Security

• Provide valid and complete details and keep them up to date.
• Safeguard your login credentials and enable multi-factor authentication where offered.
• Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.
• Notify us immediately at support@creatorverse.ai of unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party platform policies.

Plans, Trials, Fees & Payments

CreatorVerse may offer free trials, freemium tiers, and paid subscription plans (advanced analytics, larger creator searches, campaign automation, additional seats, etc.). Paid features may also include performance-based fees on brand campaigns or creator payouts.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.
• Campaign-related fees, platform fees, and payout-processing fees are disclosed at the time of transaction.
• Taxes (including GST and any applicable withholding) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination, and outstanding amounts may be referred for collection.

Creator–Brand Engagements

CreatorVerse facilitates discovery, communication, contracting, and payments between creators, brands, and agencies. However:

• CreatorVerse is not a party to any engagement, deliverable, or contract between a creator and a brand or agency unless expressly stated in writing.
• You are solely responsible for the terms you agree to, the deliverables you accept, the content you produce, disclosures (including #ad / #sponsored and ASCI / FTC compliance), and any tax or regulatory obligations.
• CreatorVerse may, at its discretion, mediate disputes, hold funds in escrow, release or reverse payouts, or apply trust-and-safety actions, but is not obligated to do so.
• You agree not to circumvent the platform by transacting off-platform after being matched via CreatorVerse during an active engagement or for a reasonable period afterwards.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property in the Service — design, UI, software, source code, features, scoring models (including CHS), documentation, trademarks, and original analytics — is owned by CreatorVerse or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service.
• Distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the Service or any part of it.
• Use the Service or CreatorVerse content for competitive analysis, benchmarking, model training, or to build a competing product.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices.

All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

User Content & Licence

9.1 Your rights

You retain ownership of any User Content you upload or submit to the Service.

9.2 Licence to CreatorVerse

By submitting User Content, you grant CreatorVerse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, process, analyse, transmit, display, and create derivative works of that content solely as necessary to:

• Operate, provide, and improve the Service.
• Generate analytics, recommendations, and reports for you and (within campaign workspaces) for your collaborators.
• Use de-identified, aggregated, or anonymised data to improve algorithms, models, and product features.
• Promote the Service with your prior consent (e.g., case studies and creator spotlights).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party-connected social-platform data for advertising or unrelated profiling.

9.3 Your responsibility

You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights, licences, and consents to upload your User Content; that it does not infringe third-party rights; that it complies with applicable law and advertising codes (ASCI, FTC, etc.); and that you have obtained consents from any individuals featured. We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Third-Party Platforms & Integrations

The Service integrates with Third-Party Platforms (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, payment processors, etc.) via official APIs. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant platform. CreatorVerse is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behaviour of Third-Party Platforms, and changes to their APIs or policies may affect features without notice. By connecting a Third-Party Platform you authorise CreatorVerse to access, store, and process data scoped to the permissions you grant, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

"Confidential Information" means any non-public information disclosed by one party to the other in connection with the Service, whether marked as confidential or that should reasonably be understood as confidential given its nature. Neither party will use or disclose the other’s Confidential Information except as necessary under these Terms, except where disclosure is legally required (with prompt notice where lawful), permitted in writing, or already publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

Cookies & Data Collection

CreatorVerse uses cookies, local storage, and similar tracking technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, optimise performance, measure usage, and detect abuse. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly. Data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Responsibilities

We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care, maintain platform security using industry-standard practices, and offer updates, fixes, and enhancements from time to time.

You will provide accurate, current, and complete information; use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms; not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the Service; and comply with applicable data-privacy and advertising regulations when handling creator or brand data.

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Upload unlawful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or infringing content.
• Use the platform for harassment, doxxing, defamation, misinformation, or election interference.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, probe, or bypass any security or rate-limiting feature.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk without our written permission.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation not authorised by CreatorVerse.
• Manipulate insights, inflate metrics, purchase fake engagement, or misuse platform-generated reports.
• Misrepresent your identity, audience, brand affiliation, or rights to any content.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, removal of content, withholding of payouts pending investigation, and reporting to authorities or Third-Party Platforms.

Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time via Settings → Red Flag Area → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account or specific features if (i) you breach these Terms, (ii) you create risk or legal exposure for CreatorVerse or another user, (iii) a Third-Party Platform requires us to do so, or (iv) we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, indemnity, liability, confidentiality, and governing law) will survive.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorVerse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted; that reports, scores (including CHS), recommendations, or insights will be accurate or complete; that Third-Party Platforms or APIs will continue to function as expected; or that data will never be lost due to external factors or third-party actions. Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CreatorVerse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, revenue, business, goodwill, or reputation — arising out of or in connection with the Service.
• Our aggregate liability under these Terms, if any, will not exceed the greater of (a) INR 10,000 or (b) the total amount paid by you to CreatorVerse in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud or wilful misconduct).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreatorVerse and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service; your User Content; your breach of these Terms or any policy referenced herein; or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Modifications to the Service

We may modify, update, improve, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time — including features, scoring models, APIs, third-party integrations, and pricing of optional features. Where changes are material and adverse to paying customers, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riot, embargoes, government actions, fire, floods, accidents, network or power failures, internet or Third-Party Platform outages, pandemics, or labour disputes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith within 30 days of written notice. If unresolved, any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Notices

We may send notices via the email associated with your account or by in-app notification. You must send notices to us in writing at support@creatorverse.ai.

Miscellaneous

• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
• Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
• Independent contractors: The parties are independent contractors; nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, applicable order forms, and any other policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and CreatorVerse regarding the Service.
